Welcome to my blog
This is my first blog post on the new website. I plan to write occasionally about my research, teaching, and the odd methods note that doesn’t fit elsewhere.
What you can expect here
The blog will mostly cover three things:
- short reflections on work in progress — projects I’m thinking through but haven’t yet written up,
- teaching notes and replication walk-throughs for the methods classes I’m involved with at King’s College London,
- and the occasional commentary on UK politics, especially anything touching on the geography of discontent.
You can usually find a link to the related paper on the Research page.
A note on style
I’ll try to keep posts short. If something needs more space I’ll either turn it into a working paper or split it across multiple entries. Where it helps, I’ll underline key terms and use italics for emphasis.
